Fuck em. Not one theatre within 90 minutes of me is playing The Hurt Locker or 500 Days of Summer.
But damn it if Transformers is still taking up 3 screens per theatre.

No doubt, but I actually wanted to support these movies.
It always happens, my area never gets a limited release nor do they do midnight releases unless its transformers or twilight.
Glad I'm blessed with a theater that doesn't play absolute shit movies for 2 months. The theater here in Evanston is great. 18 screens, and 15 different movies (the only double is a 3-D version of G-Force right now).
The only problem is that this theater is the ONLY theater in the local vicinity north of Chicago that is actually playing Hurt Locker or 500 Days of Summer. At release hardly any theaters were playing any of those movies until it got in high demand.
Stop living in the boonies. 500 Days of Summer just opened here, and The Hurt Locker, Moon, etc have all been playing for awhile. Hopefully I'll have the time to catch all 3 this weekend...
edit: and the best thing about the theather where limited releases play here? They serve booze.
