I think, Formers in Tav = Hydra Corps in a way. Someone in Tav Stronghold says something like "Those shadows are soliders under their dark master and serve them until the time is right to rise". I think Shadow Lord(Dynamis Lord) is just a puppet and a shadow himself(maybe like the general of them) under this Dark Master, who is probably Diabolos
