How do you normally counter this as protoss and zerg.
always fucks me up if the person is good. Also do you micro the medivacs or the units?

Templar, Colossi, Charge Zealot/Sentry. All of those work for Protoss and using a combination of Templar Zealot Sentry will just demolish straight MMM.
For Zerg, Baneling Mutalisk shits all over MMM.
Since they are running a cheap army, resource/supply pressure. Force them to use minerals on SCVs and supply depots. Regardless, templar with feedback > medivac. Drop a feedback with storm and it should die in 2-3 seconds. Feedback at full energy should instant gib it but the storm is the finisher just in case. With no medivacs, stuff starts to die. In the end, who can micro better.
Phoenixes man, phoenixes. After engaging pick up some Marauders and watch the rest of the army get eaten alive.
Watch some NonY vs TheLittleOne matches where TLO is terran, NonY counters his ball pretty good.
I can't speak for zerg but the Protoss response early is zealots and sentries because of the shield and FF, after that colossus and phoenix to counter vikings and also nice for harass. All that with FF zeals, stalkers colossus and whatnot is a win unless you get outplayed.
if you scout it and see it coming (as toss), your best bet is to go for a fast immortal and try to hold out until it pops out, as someone said colossi are really good to go from immortals and if you instead go for something like a blink stalker build to start you can transition into charge-lots and templar (feedback medivacs until you get some storm action, and if you don't have to use feedbacks then by the time storm is finished researching you'll have lots of energy!), of course research storm before you produce any actual templar but if you happen to be real gas heavy then templars can become a real powerful force in numbers by the time storm actually finishes researching, quick phoenix is a little on the really hard to pull off side, but i think i heard recently about a 2gate->phoenix build that someone was working real well with (nony perhaps?)
of course if you know you have a pvt you can always take whitera's strategy and go fast void ray which essentially forces the terran player to either go 1-1-1 and get some fast vikings or get a lot of marines and sacrifice their early marauder tech leaving you some time to figure out what you want to do
i don't know about zerg, ever since they lost their all roaches all game every game build i have no idea what to tell you
Infestor on zerg is pretty good against MMM. You can hit a large ball with 6sec bind/35 dmg aoe. If the MMM is heavy on marine, baneling do a nice cleaning too.
Since the infestor alone wont finish them, you will need a a bunch of hydra to complete the job. Basically, Try to hit 3/4 of the ball with the infestor, and finish the one in front with hydra. If there is tank, try to mind control them with the infestor.
Not much more to say than what's been said, as Zerg it's mainly Banelings and Infestors. Fungal Growth shits all over them and if you can safely NP the Medivacs you've both deprived them of their heal and given it to yourself. If you've got antiair, micro the Medivacs.
If you want to practice against fighting Terran M&M&M I usually roll that strat when playing, can do a few custom games if ya want.

what i like to do is go roaches at the beginning to scare them into more mauraders and then pump out lots of mutas then harass the mineral lines and snipe some buildings.
Just to clarify: MMM = Marines, Marauders, Medivacs?
correct, much like m+m before it mmm is a very simplistic but effective terran strategy
otherwise known as the murderball.
