So, a friend of mine just got a gift from the king of Brunei Darusalam, and it's 3000 bills of $100000. and it even have consecutive serial numbers.

just wondering if he can exchange that at the bank or something.

It's probably not real. At the current exchange rates that amount of currency would equate to 2.1 billion USD.
