I got billed this month even though I canceled my ID in September. Apparently they completely changed their support website and got rid of all the contact information. Anyone know how I can get in touch with them to dispute the charge so I don't have to do it through my bank?

To be a little more specific:

Square Enix Support Center

Click on "Final Fantasy XI," obviously, then the "Contact" graphic. Choose "Account/Billing" and "Pricing and Payment," then fill in whatever for your contact info. Alternatively, you can search the KB for account issues, and click on a relevant article. Then you can keep hitting "Additional Info/Next" until you get to the contact page.
