Hello! I'm an officer in AlteredFate of Bismarck and wanted to let the public know that we are currently seeking ~5-6 more members to join our shell.

We currently have about 22 active members and a few trials. We dont want our linkshell to grow beyond 30 member cap.
The members we are looking for don't have to be 100% skilled/geared rather willing to learn and grow a fast rate. Veterans always welcome.
Also we are looking for members that are well rounded in terms of jobs. If all you have is 75 DRK our shell is not for you. We split up and low man a lot of thing so being able to be flexible is a huge plus.

About the LS~
We are an endgame linkshell that focuses primarily on anything but HNM's. We've been around for about 2.5-3 years. We are successful in Dynamis, Einherjar, Salvage, SCNM, Limbus, Sky/Sea, and ZNM. (We kill HNM's if they are free and up otherwise we dont bother)
Most of our members have been around the endgame scene for several years and we have a few that are a little newer. We hold ourselves to a high level of play but dont go completely hardcore.
We are laid back in the sense that we like to have a good time and required events last only 2-3 hours each day.

Our event schedule looks like such:
Sunday Dynamis-Tavnazia/DL @3:00 PM PST (6:00 EST) Bahamut v2 right after if we have any
Monday Einherjar then Limbus @ 6:00 PM PST (9:00 EST)
Tuesday Event Day @ 6:00 PM PST (Sky, Sea, KSNM99, Ouryu, etc)
Wednesday Dynamis CoP @ 6:00 PM PST(Throw in a city bout once a month)
Thursday ZNM @ 6:00 PM PST
Friday Einherjar then Limbus @6:00
Saturday = Free day

Outside of those events there is always something going on in the evening. Usually its salvage (before/after event) scnm farming/killing, enm etc.

We like our members to try and make ~75-80% of the runs. We do not penalize people for missing events, rather we penalize them if they do not notify us that they will be missing.

Side note: We have a separate shell for Einherjar since we have guests and we do Odin about every other week. Vent is a plus.

Hi Sukian! Dew still with you guys? Been forever since I've heard from anyone on Bismarck.

If this is the same basic group that I played with a while ago, they're really good peoples and I'd definitely give them a go.
