Progression of traits post-75

In an attempt to head off the inevitable links to random question thread, I will say that the reason why I started this topic is because it would be useful to have a thread to track the progression of traits both at 80 and beyond.

So it seems that DRK gets Attack Bonus V at 76, but I have yet to see any confirmation that PLD receives Defense Bonus V at the same level. Has this been verified? Or has anyone verified Accuracy Bonus V for RNG or Evasion Bonus V for THF? (How would you even verify Evasion Bonus V?)

Is there a comprehensive list of verified trait upgrades by level (with supporting data)? I know Nobody Cares About Resist Traits, but how did the playerbase even determine the levels that, say, Resist Paralyze traits are upgraded? Was it just printed in some Japanese guide with information directly from the devs?
