Mastercard Securecode problem

So, I need to get a Securecode for my mastercard so I can reactivate my FF11 account. I recently got a new CC, so I had to change information.
I go to the securecode website to get my secure code, but my bank isn't listed in the list of banks they provide.
Who do I call, if anyone, to get this sorted out?

Bank doesn't accept it, simple as that.

Take money out to pay for however long you want to, add $3 dollars on top of that. Go to Walmart, get a prepaid money card generally by customer service. Put the money on that card; it costs $3 dollars every time you add money to it. SAVE YOU RECEIPT. Go home and go to the website, iirc its www.walmartmoneycard.com, activate your card etc etc. Pay for FFXI using that.

It's not worth the hassle dealing with the banks, most I've been too for mine had no idea what the fuck I was talking about. This is an easy work around provided you have a walmart near you.

can anyone else confirm that this method works? i have a visa debit card and a regular mastercard credit card and can't get verified by visa or securecard on either.......

Isn't it possible to just call the POL support and have them manually enter your card in for you?

Go read the 20+ page thread in advanced about it, multiple people have used the walmart money card.

Didn't even have to call them. did it online with them.
