That Sigpimud is currently in Apathy, but this is the first I'm hearing on any sell/recall...

Looking into the situation a little more, it appears the Sigpimud they are looking for info about is this one:

He claims not to be the Sigpimud from apathy, both character seem identical minus the relics. If it was recalled its quite possibly the same person

Chances this is the real Sig are quite low, for reasons I don't want to elaborate on. The character did move from alexander some months ago and as far as I know there hasn't been a new one with the same name since then(unless I missed it which is possible since I'm not there anymore myself).
If it is a new character with the same name, never heard of them.

Just looking at both links above, the crafts are completely different, one has 2 relics the other has none, one is from bastok and one is from windy so i'd think its safe to say they are different people

Regardless, unless Sigpimud lost his fishing skill from 7 months ago until now then they are two different accounts, despite being 75 Galka clothcrafters with rank 10 with all jobs leveled.

Since people seem confused I'll explain, Sigpimud's main char was moved to Garuda last year(the real one, that's in Apathy right now with Apoc/Aegis etc.). He then bought a new char with 20 level 75 jobs to play on Alexander and lead a new LS he made before going to Remora. Since his main char wasn't on Alexander at the time, he named his new char Sigpimud then got rid of it some times after.

tl;dr: bought account, no clue who's on it, shady shit, etc.
