Can't login into FF11

Just like it says, I can get into PlayOnline fine, but not FF11, tells me some BS about not having Content IDs registered even though I was playing fine a while ago. Haven't changed anything recently, so I'm thinking it might be just the registration server maintenance that is screwing with me.

Did some Googling and apparently this problem has afflicted users of FF11 for many long years...why am I not surprised. Apparently a possible solution is to "update credit card info" but my CC info hasn't changed in forever and I have no idea of what they mean since there is no such option in the PlayOnline service.

Can anyone help? Though I'm pretty sure it is a registration server issue, it is kind of worrying and I would like to figure out WTF is going on. And of course there is the matter of not being able to login. I sent off an email to support but you know how helpful they are.

maybe wait until registration servers are back up, since you can not reactive/cancel/ect.. while they are down? And if you dont have a verified by visa, or some crap, card, you need one of those also

Yeah, I was thinking that myself, but I was kinda wondering whether anyone here had any similar experiences and could share their knowledge with me.
