pc clock question

just now noticed i can set up a 2nd clock, did this in jp time to keep up w/ events and what not.

my question is, is it possible to set up the 2nd clock in a 24 hour format while keeping the main clock in 12 hour format?

Pretty sure you can, at least in Vista/Win7. The sidebar's traditional dial clock can be your 12hr one and the taskbar can be 24hr.
