Dynamis Shell (Ragnarok)

I hope this is in the correct spot.
I am looking for a linkshell that does Dreamworld Dynamis.
I am tired of people skipping dynamis in my current linkshell, and I would like to actually get into a shell that actually takes it serious, and actually does more than north-lands.

I have 75 WHM, BRD, SMN, SCH, THF, MNK, SAM, PUP,
Both BST and BLM will be 75 within the next two weeks, (71BLM, 73BST)
I have a 75WHM Mule that is fully merited.
I have access to all areas, Dynamis happens to be my favorite FFXI endgame event, and my attendance will never be an issue.

I was in Dynabus, and they are a great shell, but they don't really do dreamland, and once I joined Rize, I chose to drop their pearl. I am currently in Rize, I love my ls, I am just tired of people skipping dynamis to pretend to be afk, or to simply go do other usless stuff. Event time is for Event time, plain and simple.

To anyone from Rize that reads this: Nothing personal guys. I just want my Dynamis done and your fucking around during dynamis time is pissing me off.
