Having trouble SSH to iphone

I'm using WinSCP and I was able to get into my phone when I used it a few months ago but now for some reason it's not letting me in. I'm not all too familiar with how this works but I know i've got the right IP address and all but I cant seem to get it figured out. I looked up some troubleshooting on thier website but no luck there either. Also tried the default password as well as the other passwords it could be. I keep getting "Connection refused" and "Connection timed out" Any help would be great. Thanks.

make sure the wifi symbol is on the phone. If you haven't used the wifi for a few minutes it will drop it to save some battery life. Just open up safari to some page to kick it back on and try WinSCP again.

Did you check to make sure you didn't click off SSH in SBSettings?

Try googling ifunbox, it's a USB SSH that doesn't require passwords.

Ok well I got the ifunbox to work but now I'm having a new issue. I've been tying to put crystal defenders that I downloaded from iptorrents on my phone but I've never done something like this before. When I doubleclicked the icon for it, it put it on the app tab on iTunes and I tried syncing but after it was done it said there was an error and it wasn't installed. So I suppose my overall question is: how do I put an app on my phone via pc?

Hmm....not 100% sure but I don't think we allow talking about what you need. But to put it blunt, you need to install something to allow you to be able to sync hacked apps.
