We're back again, and looking for a handful of well-qualified players to fill in a few roster gaps that the holiday season left us with!

About us)

Beyond is looking for a few more applicants - particularly those interested in Dynamis, Einherjar, and HNM content. Below are some facts about our linkshell and what we offer. We encourage all applicants, but please be aware that our recruitment strategy is somewhat selective!

In Beyond, you can expect to find the following:

*) A close-knit community of friends and a comfortable social atmosphere.
*) A small, reliable group of players dedicated to strengthening the linkshell as a whole.
*) A reliable points-based loot distribution system that leaves no room for unfairness, bias, or favoritism.
*) A widespread variety of linkshell events and opportunities that change often to avoid monotony.
*) A linkshell committed to spending your time in the most efficient ways possible, avoiding needless hours spent camping (we don't do HNMs often, if at all!).
*) A helpful linkshell and server to help you with a variety of things outside of the standard end-game FFXI fare.

Server transfers are highly encouraged (our roster currently has players from Phoenix, Fairy, Garuda, Lakshmi, Quetzacoatl, Ifrit, Cerberus, and others), but background checks are required if you don't have references!

Requirements)

At least one 75 job and access to Sky/Sea is absolutely required.

Applicants should be well-versed in end-game strategies and experience. Expect to be challenged and ready to operate under improvised conditions, and under a variety of different strategies.

Jobs that fall within multiple archetypes are recommended except in special circumstances (e.g., tank + mage, mage + melee, tank + melee, support + tank, etc.).

Our current job priorities are available to view on the website. We encourage anyone to apply, but realize that if you don't have a wide variety of jobs available to choose from, you may be at a disadvantage. Melee-only should be particularly well-geared.

We're really looking to get into the new content to be released with the March and June updates, so if you're looking for a group that is going to be hitting new end-game content hard, you've found it!

Recruitment priorities have been updated once again as of 06/02/10.

The priorities listed above are now out-of-date. We are now accepting applications from all "above-average" melee, all tanks, and all mages.

Our linkshell has always been jumping into new content early and has enjoyed substantial success in ZNMs and VNMs when they were implemented. Following in this same vein, we plan to (after giving members some time to hit level 80, that is) hit the new content with the June update in Abyssea hard in order to reap the benefits early. If this interests you, I'd encourage you to apply!
