    Ipod USB cords

    What are these things made of?
    My cat loves to chew on these things, and it's the only type of string/cord she does it with. She doesnt eat up my ethernet cords, ps3 charging cords, extension cords, outlet cords, just ipod usb cords.
    So I was just curious if there was an actual reason for this, or if the cat just picked up a weird habit.
