Hello, we have an application from Elmaunie and would like some background information.

Elmaunie transferred to Valefor back on Feb 15th. Jobs include RDM PLD THF BRD COR RNG. She is a Europe timezone player. Sound familiar to anyone?

She was in my linkshell FusionRR for a few weeks.

She left without a single word to any sackholder even after I tried to get an explanation.

On a side note, an awful RDM.

Please discount anything Psykopat has said, Elmaunie left FusionRR because i asked her to.
The reason we left is that FusionRR Ls are not capable of completing most of the events they do they claim to be "good" at what they do and yet fail at most all of them, that being said the members of the Ls are great and it is a shame that they are wasted with such a poorly run linkshell.

Psykopat has no room to comment on anyone's job ability considering on most all events he has asked me to come SMN and not THF with TH4 his words "TH4 don't work we use TH3 only"
The leader of FusionRR is a nice guy but because he spends almost no time in the linkshell Psykopat "trys" to run most all the events making a mess of everything or just canceling everything, the fact that he boasts that the linkshell have over 20 pops for Kirin and and other NM's but can't organize events to kill them is just one of his talents.

I'm sorry Pat but you are rude to almost every member of the linkshell im sure that most of them hate you but just don't have the guts to say anything to you in case you cry and get them booted, im happy we left your ls so that more time was not wasted on failed events i wish you all good luck winning a dyna sandy or something some day lol.

FusionRR members: Guys you are all great don't let Pats arrogance bring you down.

Yes you're one of those not understanding when ppl joke for sure. The "TH4" thing is another exemple of that...

And concerning my talent to organise stuff you've proved yourself to be a great leader in your Salvage linkshell lol. I think you should wonder why you lost so many members after so few runs before criticizing ppl ability to lead stuff correctly.

Btw what I said is still true. Elmaunie left before saying a single word to any sackholder whatever the cause is. Which shows enough the consideration you and her have for other members.

And she's still an awful RDM.

So yeah maybe I'm not a good leader and I'm too rude with little girls but at least I show some respects to the one putting efforts in the linkshell. People logging on at event time just to see what event is planned and then logging off without a single word because it doesn't suit their expectations are just shit for me. And they deserve what they got.

You can say what you want about me but the way you and your friends left the linkshell just shows enough what kind of persons you guys are.

@Gergall: Sorry our leader doesn't come on BG so you won't get his feedback concerning Elmaunie so I can't help more than that.

FWIW, Psy may be an ass - he won't deny this - but in the 18 months I was in his LS I never heard him say an outright lie, and if he says "person X sucks" then I would believe him.

Lol love how you say that it was my salvage shell pat again though you are wrong it was nothing to do with me i was just a member, Fb ran the shell lol.

Just to clear things up a bit... if she was such a bad rdm why is it you wanted her as main rdm for ever event you guys did? seems silly to have a bad rdm doing all the work if you have such good ones in your shell right?

Dooom: i understand you have known Pat a long time and you trust his opinion but im sorry to say the only reason he is saying this about her is because she is my girlfriend lol, Pat can't get at me because i don't care enough about the game or the people that play it who are not my friends so this is his way of pissing me off?.

Im not going to try and defend myself about the not showing to events only state again that you failed at almost everything you did why would anyone want to log on to waste 3-4 hours getting killed for no reward no thanks and a fail event leader bullying people in a game? take a long hard look at yourself Pat its fun to joke with people but you need to know when its no longer a joke and it becomes personal.

Calling BS on this. I still pop into the FusionRR forums every so often to see how the shell is doing, to offer congratulations and to offer advice where I can, and I know how the LS works as a group of people. If a run fails, people will discuss it and spend time chewing over what went wrong and how to prevent it happening again; and nowhere am I seeing that on the forums. Considering that most of Fusion's players are casual and that the LS has never had huge attendance, I don't see any of this massive failure you allege; it's not like the attendance thread has a single post saying "we popped X but wiped".

Well call it what you want lol it isn't going to change anything, the reason they don't post there fails is that the real Ls leader don't play or edit the site much i would quote him saying that but i have been removed from the site.
But like i said before there are great members within Fusion and Des is a good leader its just a shame that when he isnt around Pat trys to run the show, i understand you are defending your friends but if they are so good you wouldn't have left them yourself.

Nowhere on the site does it say this, I still have access to everywhere but the leader forum, so now it looks like you're just making things up. The attendance thread doesn't show anything being popped/fought that didn't get killed, so yeah.

Quite simple, my two best friends on Valefor quit the game to play other things which was a major downer, whereas almost all my best friends on Phoenix still played including one who was getting close to finishing his Mandau, so I moved back to play with old friends and help one finish his relic. But congrats on trying to turn this on it's head and stop it being about you and your gf, lol.

Dooom, I think Nis considers that cancelling a JoL or a Kirin when only 8 ppl show up is a failed event. That's prolly why he considers we have that many failed events I guess. For my part I don't see the point in wasting a pop set knowing for sure we won't be able to kill something but well that's prolly my poor leading skill speaking here.

As for me (yeah because it seems I was the only one to "lead" the ls during 2 months, you prolly "forget" that there are 2 other SHs and a leader) asking Elmaunie to come RDM at events, well she has PLD, THF, BRD and RDM (her COR wasn't 75 yet at this time). We have far better tanks, BRDs and THFs and we always need RDMs at events even if they are not good so.... On a side note she has come THF at events several times but you don't talk about that. Oh and she never been "main" RDM at events except when she was the only one. Low attendance tends to push leaders to do with what they have sometimes. But you seem to have great leading abilities so I guess you know that already.

I'm able to make the difference between people, I don't "attack" your GF just to "hit" you indirectly dude... What I say about her is what happened (her leaving without a word to anybody even Desde "who is a good leader" as you say, but didn't deserve an explanation it seems, and still doesn't had one at this time even after we've crossed her several time) or what several people (me included) think about her RDM skills. That's all. Nothing to see with the almighty Nis really.

So better stop that poor discussion now, you're just not helping the cause.

Pat i did 4 dyna runs with your ls you failed all 4 of them and they where city's i have also been told after i left you guys failed more, but i understand it can happen with low numbers. yes events are canceled more than they where failed but did you ever stop to wonder why people didn't want to log on for events?
As for members with better jobs well yeah im sure there are better tanks spamming aton for 80 a pop is how the pro's do it lol, brd im not going to comment on never played the job and never will but i stand by the rdm info and im sure most other people in Fusion would agree with me.

She did leave without saying anything correct but we both did try to speak to Des but he wasn't on very much im sure you have noticed that both me and El have taken some time from game, as for passing you in game well i wouldn't stop to talk to you after being in Ls with you so why would she?
im not trying to help anything just pointing out that the info you provide ist factual more a self opinion from someone who has thrown the bottle out of the push chair.

She might not be the best rdm in the game and hell i might fail at all my jobs but this is a game i wouldn't avoid someone for being not so good but i would avoid someone with a shit attitude to almost everyone, i liked almost everyone in fusion even though i had differences with some but that is only because i came from a ls that zerged and your shell had never tried.

But anyway im bored of this so ima stop now but i have a good idea how about you play your game ill play mine and El can play her's no need to do anything that involves one another as we don't have the same Ls its a big enough playground for us all to play nice don't you think?

From the FusionRR Dynamis points sheet, you attended Dynamis-Xarca on 25th March (farming session); Dynamis-Beaucedine on the 11th March (farming session, looking at the attendance I see no one needing clear for Xarca access so getting the win would be a waste of time); Dyna-Jeuno on the 4th March (Clear); and Dyna-Bastok on the 18th Feb, where they also got the clear. So out of "four failed cities", they did 2 northland farming runs and 2 city runs, and got the clears in both cities.

I saw this thread a few weeks ago. Didn't say anything then because leaving a linkshell silently and dramalessly is not a crime. However, it seems that today this thread is in dire need of some facts.

Has several 75's, equally unskilled on all of them.

RDM: Has no idea of what a potency set is for. lol'd at me because my Para/Slow set has no skill, only MND.
Thinks that Bio is better than Dia on EVERYTHING (fighting sky gods, salvage bosses, ultima/omega) because...

(Elmaunie) thats right, and bio is attk down
(Elmaunie) we cant have both so attk down looks good to me
(Elmaunie) but is great when your pt is dying

This on a salvage boss, being blink tanked by 2 Monks, where the only damage being taken was from TP moves.

BRD: I'm not an expert, but I have a feeling stacking CHR is not MAD GOOD for marches:

Considered posting this in Random Fail, but I prefer to try and educate LS members, not ridicule.

tl;dr: M Body and Beavertail, PLD's evasion rating, and idling in enmity gear are MAD GOOD, so take your Joyeuse and Hauby and GTFO
