    Graphic Card issue

    I recently bought a new graphics card and then found out it was a piece. So I am in the process of returning and buying a new one and I put the old video card back in. Now the bios took much longer to start up(5 minutes +) and the computer is being slow overall. There was a black screen after the bios that took another 5 minutes after that. Then It stayed at the start screen for a while and I ended up turning it off and on because I couldn't get it on properly.

    when it finally starts up I get ccSvcHSTexe appolication error

    The instruction of "0x6adea94c" referenced memory at "0x6adea94c". The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of " 0xc00000b5".

    Click ok to terminate
    Clicn cancel to debug

    can't really click on anything else but I can drag it around.

    could this be because I didn't uninstall the drivers before? And when I got the new video card I just installed the drivers for it without uninstalling the old one?

    I did check disk r with xp cd and what happened was

    tried to run up in normal blue screen

    irql_not_less_or_equal

    then tried to run in safe mode same

    safe mode again and it worked

    then windows xp normal and it said this before loading

    "Your system has no paging file, or the paging file is too small."

    "To fix this problem go to system in control panel, click the advanced tab, and under performance, click settings. On the advanced tab, click change. Click 'Custom Size,' and then type an initial or maximum paging file size.

    edit: I do it each time and each time I start computer it tells me to again <_<;

    Drivers on its own shouldn't cause that many problems. The irql thing makes me suspect that there's some damaged hardware, maybe something accidentally got shocked as you were working in there. Dust out the case, check to see if the ram is working, using one at a time

    Sounds like the IRQs on the video card and HDD controller are getting crossed somehow..
