zack fuckin morris
is it really good? saw the previews before and it looked interesting. Thinking of dropping hbo and getting cable again until the next season for game of thrones. This could help my decision 'cause I kinda wanted to try it.
Yea I really enjoy it. Not many shows out there I can say it about, but it seems like each week is getting better and better. This passed weeks episode was amazing. Malcolm McDowell is the fucking man
I refuse to watch this show simply because of how overhyped it was during the NBA playoffs. shit was annoying
So you can subscribe to HBO without having cable?
Glad someone made this thread, show has been great so far. Hopefully it will get picked for a 2nd season.

I like this show, maybe a little bit more than Zach Morris's last lawyer show which was also good. This is geared more towards humor which has been great.
How does it feel like to be poor?
I feel bad for Zack Morris p much everything he is a part falls to shit. I'm rooting for him though
I'm not poor >.> I just like to not waste money
I like that excuse. Gotta remember that if I ever get poor
yaya ya, only tv show that I actually like anymore is judge judy and I don't need extended for that. We decided that before GoT came on because we haven't watched extended in about 6 months so we were like "why are we paying for shit we don't use"
Thought we'd use hbo more, but only thing we've watched this whole time is GoT which means we're not going to use that either. My husband makes a fuckton but you go ahead and believe that.
Boring above argument/rl card-ing aside: I was surprised how much I enjoyed this show. The previews made me a little weary, because it seemed like it might be too "humorous" to be a feasible law show, but I actually enjoyed it. Interesting how this and "Suits" both came on around the same time.
whenever burn notice/psych/royal pains arent on ksandra I usually drop extended for HBO/Starz since most the other shows; NCIS, NCIS-LA, CSI, and The Event always aired next day online. Cant do that shit with USA shows tho seeing how they now air 20 days later. Unfortunately I've fallen victim to liking Dexter so unfortunately I'll be paying for extended + Showtime this season.
I will agree that franklin and bash were over advertised during the playoffs, then again, the commercials are about the only thing good about the playoffs. never the less I really enjoy the show. A lot better than "raising the bar".
I noticed more and more people do that nowadays. I think netflix kinda killed television for us. When we feel like watching something we usually look on netflix way before seeing what's on tv lol.
But ya this show does look interesting so probably going to switch. How many episodes has it had now?
I would never subscribe to extended again if fucking FX and USA didnt replay shows on the internet until 2-3 weeks after they air on TV
inb4 poor: I just made the mistake of marrying an accountant!
What is extended? We just have certain packages. I have the HD pack and sports pack. $130/month for HD-DVR, those packages, and unlimited 10mb/s cable internet. No way in hell I'd spend an extra $10 a month or whatever to get HBO or showtime when I can just download the HD file an hour after it airs.
For us, extended is basically everything after channel 13, outside of specialty stuff (sports package, hbo, showtime, etc.). Only thing we ever watched on extended really was the daily show/colbert report, and they just put those up online anyways soo....
And I am not a fan of d/l stuff. I always like supporting shows, and there are too many that I love that get cancelled from lack of viewers (hi2u Josh Whedon), so ya I'm more than willing to pay for hbo when a show I like is on. Considering how well they did with GoT I would have raped people in the face if it had gotten cancelled right away. Plus I can afford to do so
@ jin I hear you, I'm not an accountant, but my parents were boss about handling money growing up so rubbed off on me, and I can never willingly spend money I feel is pointless no matter how cheap it is. XD
