Who else reads this? I got into the series a few months ago and caught up. Its been really good lately in my opinion. The beginning of the series I thought was really slow but it picked up really nicely.

reborn is fun to read imo, although for the last few weeks with amano showing the varia instead of revealing wtf is happening with the crew after the raid... its irritating

i think reborn's peak was when tsuna was fightin for the rings, didnt really get much better afterwards

I thought it kept the excitement up pretty well with the whole everyones dead thing. Its obvious that this isnt even the largest part of this arc because this was just to train them very well in a short amount of time.

But yea I wish they would stop dragging the Varia thing on.

I like the parts with Xanxus personally, but I hope (judging by the last cahpter) it'll go back to Sawada and gang in a couple chapters.

i'll admit i loved the xanxus ring arc like there was no tomorrow, never have i been so sucked into a comic before lol

agree with you on the future characters being dead making things interesting, along with the sneak peaks amano showed of takeshi and other guardians when 27 and 9 first arrived.. but personally, when things with the boxes got out of hand (no longer really a test of one's own power but rather better r/ex items and skills with using them,) i felt the series kinda got out of hand.

tsuna doesnt even have a fucking box gloves upgrade and xburner/lens were pretty nice nevertheless, cant wait for vongola to fight MILFFFFFFF lol

It wasnt so much about the box itself, but the way you use your flames to manipulate them. And yea Tsuna doesnt have a box, but hes still awesome which shows it isnt just about having a cool box weapon.

lol tsuna better pull a ichigo sometime pretty soon, he seems really weak compared to some top tiers atm even considering the fact he's young...

He hasnt even used a box weapon yet. Just wait to see what will happen if he inserts that huge flame into a box...

Been so long since I read that chapter, but system Gokudera uses is different from having several different flame types isn't it? Just his Storm flame has "unique" properties. :<

I thought he was able to use several flames and thats how his boxes are used. If he can just combine two of the flames at once then he can do the same kind of thing as Xanxus.

Also 228 is up on onemanga (Katekyo Hitman Reborn! 228 - Read Katekyo Hitman Reborn! chapter 228 online.). See now they all have their own special boxes too. Tsuna is gonna need how to use it pretty quickly though.
