If you are with a company that will allow you to grow into their international division, I'd discuss with your HR, or your employee relations, or your direct supervisor, etc. on what the logical path would be to move that way. Don't just sign up without having some good guidance on what is expected of the people already in the field you want to move to.
And MBAs are McMasters. Lots of 22 year old kids go after an MBA because they don't know what to do with their lives and aren't ready for the real world. There are so many programs out there that it almost seems like a cop-out to me when I'm talking with the other students at my school. Get a Masters in Finance, or International Business, or something similar. Be willing to specialize. It'll make you look better than just having an MBA.
