EVGA GTX 470

I want to sell my EVGA GTX 470 for $200 + shipping(unless you live in southern cali). I used the card for 2 months and bought a zalman vf3000f. While unscrewing the cooler on the gtx470, the screws got stripped so I decided to file the screws off and in the process, damaged the card. I sent the card in for repairs and had to pay $80 to get it replaced. With the new GTX580 out, I just decided to get that instead. I printed out the return form on the zalman cooler but if you want to buy the card + the zalman then I'll sell that too. With the 470 and the zalman, I'll sell them both for $260 + shipping.

Zalman is no longer available.

Finally, this card has a new SN so it's not registered. I believe with the SN on this card, you can receive the EVGA lifetime warranty. I'll send over the invoice too so you can register the product.

I think the reason your not generating any buyers is we are skeptical of the damaged part, even though you say
you sent it in and prolly was tested and is as good as new. Most people see Damaged and run....

You're going to have to excuse me for being blunt here, but how in the world is a GTS 450 for $130 more appealing than a GTX 470 for $190? The 2 cards are not even close.

newegg.com has refurbished GTX 470s for both $200 and $205, both certified, of course. So $190(if in working condition) seems decent to me. Anything below $180 for a working GTX 470 is rape, really.

When you RMA you get a different refurb back. They keep your card to work on it and refurb it for someone else.
