Picking a PSU + extended use of OCed PC

I am sorry for creating yet another "PC build" thread, but any help will be appreciated. Here is whats in my NCIX.com cart atm, questions follow:

    i7 930 (WILL be OCed)
    ASUS P6X58D-E motherboard
    Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 ram
MSI GTX 460 Cyclone (MIGHT be OCed)
Corsair H50 (any reason to pick fan over liquid cooling?)
LG CD/DVD blah blah combo drive
Western Digital fish eggs black 1TB HDD
    Corsair TX750W 750W ATX 12V 60A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan
Hoping to stuff all this into a CoolerMaster HAF 922 Midtower case

    1) Anyhting wrong with the build?
    2) Is this a sufficient PSU? Is it even a reliable PSU? What if I decide to SLI another 460 in the future... will 750W be enough?
    3) I have never owned a "decent" PC, so the crap I use to have I left on for literally 24/7. Would this new PC stand that abuse or would I have to power down when its bed time?
EDIT: 4) Will it all fit into the case?

Yes, I have a HAF 922 and its probably the biggest midtower I've ever seen. I have plenty of room for anything I could throw at it. The only thing that may be pushing it is a 5970 or an Asus Ares. So yes, all of your components will fit. Also, I don't really see anything wrong with your build.

Also, the PC will easily stand the abuse if you overclock but don't change any voltages. If you simply go for the max overclock you can get out of the stock voltages, leaving it on 24/7 will be fine. I do it.

Ty Milks. Any thoughts on the PSU? Is 750W enough for SLI GTX 460s? Or should I get a cheaper (lower) PSU for now and upgrade later when I get another 460?
