I just had a cup of coffee and it was delicious.
Why are you doing this to yourself?

GOTTA SIP ON THAT MOUNTAIN DEW ALL DAY EVERY DAY
also drinking a cold mountain dew atm
I'm going to do my annual caffeine detox starting next week. My energy drink habit is up to an average of almost 2 a day, not like it's killing me but it's definitely not good
I just stopped drinking soda one day, and sugar on another. I don't understand the withdrawl symptoms, I never had them.
I actually get a headache if I stop drinking coffee, and I don't even drink much, 2-3 cups a day.
Maybe it's different if you're a coffee drinker. I've never had it.
I feel your pain so instead of mixing decaf and regular coffee this morning I had it all regular. I hope you felt the extra caffeine in my veins
I used to drink Coke regularly and then stopped to lose some weight. Never bothered to start drinking coffee because I didn't have problems staying up in the morning. Now I just abstain from it out of habit, and ALL of my co-workers hate me because I don't imbibe any caffeine or sugar and manage to stay awake all day.
Yeah I went through like exactly that almost 2 years ago and prior to that had never been a coffee drinker regardless and only started as early as I mentioned. I opted for caffeine-y things like workout supplements and 5-hour energy drinks on some days where I was a fucking zombie, but that was like the extreme end of it. Coffee to non-coffee drinkers is like the perfect fucking rocket fuel for a MONDAY, but I'm trying to reset my tolerance because it's not quite like it was even a month ago.
i rocket fuel once on mon, tues, thurs, fri
no, i pretty well do fine
