    Video problem.

I don't know if it's the new monitor or not, but I just recently noticed this. Basically when playing wow (not sure if it's wow specific but I'm always on there so that's why I see it). But basically I'de describe it as a discoloration from moving objects. Basically I'm in a building atm and when I rapidly move the camera left and right I see basically what would best be described as a shadow from the object (like a wooden board) behind it from the direction I'm moving the camera. It's not like randomly colored, it's all the same which is a faint green. I tried to screenshot it, however it didn't show up in the screenshot.

I tried my best to explain it but I could try again if someone doesn't get it!

Edit: It doesn't happen everywhere. Inside of some buildings and I see it in clouds.

You have the worst luck with PC stuff.

Im sure someone has ran in this issue before, but until then:
Try putting the gfx settings on low (try wow settings and gfx settings, same time and different) and see if that changes anything. If not.. probably monitor, or try different drivers, or the cord/connection youre using. Can try using a diff cord, or a diff connection like vga, dvi, hdmi. If you do notice the gfx settings make a difference, then may be a driver issue, card sucks, or monitor. Idk.

If it's not showing up in a screenshot, there's more than likely issues with the monitor, the VGA/HDMI/DVI cable, or the VGA/HDMI/DVI ports in either your monitor or graphics card.

Try using a different cord, or, if your graphics card has a secondary port for your monitor input, try using that instead. Redundant, but, have you tried updating your GPU drivers?

If you continue to have problems, post your graphics card model as well as what kind of monitor you're using.

Finally had a time to get around to checking this, but I hooked up my PS3 via HDMI cord (different one and used the HDMI2 port) and it still shows up. So it's the monitor then, is there any way to get rid of this or is it just something I need to put up with?

    Edit: http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/m.../LS24B5HVFH/ZA is my monitor

Googling around I found out it has to do with the response time of the monitor itself. I had it set to "fastest" and changing it down to "faster" got rid of the trail effect. So I guess I'll just roll with the faster setting for now
