Help me spam. Trying to remember a 90s song. All I remember is that it was slow and on guitar I think. It was kind of slow. The artist was a one hit wonder (I think). Came out 1996-1998, but might of been as late as 2000. Fuck. God damn it. I need to listen to this song again.

I'm assuming you mean accoustic guitar? The only one hit wonder I can think of that isn't obvious is "Girl Like You" by Edwyn Collins, 95. Which was not acoustic.
