Per our repair facility, they were unable to duplicate the problem with your monitor and test results are NTF (No Trouble Found) for RMA # go fuck yourself.
Please provide more information so we can try to duplicate the issue. Need specifics as to when & how problem occurs and any components being used that could possibly be causing the problem.
Was another monitor or different cable for testing to isolate issue?
Please note for this model if using HDMI or DVI it may be necessary to set up in the following sequence:
1. Disconnect both power cord and HDMI/DVI input cable;
2. Plug in power cord and power on;
3. Plug in HDMI/DVI input cable;
4. Press the input button to switch input mode.
It may not be defective, rather a design issue. If you plug in HDMI first then power on, it may not detect signal. Instead, it will need to be powered on first then plug in HDMI.
The unit will be returned after 6/23/11, 11AM, PST if there is no response from you. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.
