Yukon Gold mashed potato casserole.

Make up a bunch of mashed potatoes, enough to fill up the baking dish decently enough. Cut up some ham, throw in some peas, add w/e kind of cheese you want (I used Velveeta 'cause the shit is delicious).

Bake it 'till the top is golden brown, eat that shit.

Or grilled cheese sandwiches w/ tomato soup.

I make cod and smoked salmon rolls in white wine sauce, it's really simple, chill to make and pretty much everyone I've given it to loved it.

You boil cream till about half's gone, add white wine, white pepper, salt and fresh lemon thyme and boil some more. If you don't have fresh lemon thyme just take anything you like that you think would fit.

While that's boiling, take fresh cod and slices of raw smoked salmon, roll them and place in a baking dish ( i hope that's what I think it is). Pour the sauce over it, put it in the oven.

I eat it with rice.

If you intend to try it, don't salt the fish too much, since the salmon is already rather salty.
