What Are Your Favorite Tech Sites?

blogs, forums, news, anything in that realm that you find exceptional. I'm trying to cut down on the amount of sites I check right now because my RSS feeds are blowing the fuck up and becoming unwieldy, so I wanted to get a group consensus of what everyone is reading to find out what's best and hopefully narrow down how many places I'm visiting.

I've wanted to do this for almost every section of this site or a completely general thread, but I feel like the more ambiguous this gets, the less likely really, really good stuff will pop up.

I pretty much only go to reddit and bluegartr for my news, and those sites will link me to another if they have something of value. I don't even go to kotaku/gizmodo or anything else anymore.

Find subreddits you enjoy, and follow them.

I'm probably in the same boat, but I like having multiple outlets to go to. In no particular order: Engadget, Kotaku/Gizmodo/Lifehacker, How-to-Geek, Geeks are Sexy, Hack a day, following certain people on Twitter/G+. I'm a whore for all of these things and am interested to see what else gets posted here.

I've been reading slashdot for around 14 years, and still check it at least once a day. Really that and BG are the only "tech" sites I check daily, rest are on an as needed bases.

I've been going to Joystiq (and Massively) for my gaming news ever since Kotaku switched to that "new and improved" terrible ass site redesign. Other than that, I go to Ars Technica and Hacker News. Used to visit Tom's Hardware fairly frequently but it usually just resulted in me spending far more money than I should so I just go there when I decide to upgrade my shit.

I follow twit.tv pretty regularly on some of their podcasts; it's a few of the old Tech TV people. Everything else I go to has been mentioned.

www.Anandtech.com is good for hardware news/info.
Unbiased, no bullshit and a lot of industry connections.

I prefer Anandtech and Overclockers. Anandtech will tell you that those 1000w PSUs are BS and a waste of money. While TomsHardware will have advertisements for them...

Tom's Hardware is baised towards Intel
    Engadget is baised towards Apple

Just about every day I read Tom's Hardware, ArsTechnica, MaximumPC, Engadget for news.

For gaming stuff, Joystiq/Massively and (I hate to say it) G4's website.

For hardcore techie reviews, I use Anandtech, Guru3D, Hardware Secrets, Overclockers Club, and Benchmark Reviews.

For a general idea of parts pricing across a bunch of vendors, I use Pricewatch.

I tend to read Ars, Anandtech, Tom's Hardware, and Slashdot for general news/info. Hardocp's forums as well if I'm looking for more opinions/info on certain things.

Lately I've found myself referencing Notebook Check's GPU comparisons as well, since most of the comprehensive GPU coverage on enthusiast sites is (understandably) desktop-oriented.

I love notebook check, I found it while looking for info to compare laptops last week and it was invaluable. I think I'll actually post that and some other reference stuff in the laptop thread.

Glad to see how many sites have been posted and also that there's a lot of over-lap. I was expecting to see a few I hadn't heard of and I'm happy about that, but also glad that a lot of the old stand-bys are still relevant and recommended.

I follow the twitter accounts of sites like anandtech, ars technica and tom's hardware, then I just click on anything that looks interesting when it appears in my timeline.
