give niya's a shot if you have a separate drive to run it from, seems a bit more featured and robust

What are you expecting to get from the program? How long ago did you delete the file? How much have you used your computer since deleting it

According to my father

He deleted the file 2 days ago and used the PC since this morning when i asked him to turn it off until i got the software and expecting to find a .xls
