The thing I want to know, won't be found out until playthrough 2.
I want to know if if those "maybe you'll get them, maybe you never will" inventory expansions are still there.
I'd much rather them be a sure thing, fuck save scumming.

Nothing about expanding inventory yet. I know you can expand your bank the second you get into sanctuary.

If you mean deathmark, I'm assuming since it debuffs the mob so everyone gets in on the fun, the modifier is applied very last, so it works multiplicatively instead of additively.
