Need help with finding if Bonjour is legal for commerical use

As the title states, I need help with finding if Apple's Bonjour is free for commercial use. We would like to use Pidgin as an IM client and would prefer to have a serverless setup.

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Sorry it should say free instead of legal in the title

It's free to use, but if you make something that includes Bonjour you must license it.
