Using multiple proxies.

I've managed to work my way in with the IT Department at work that they shared a proxy with me that's less restrictive than the one everyone else uses so I can browse BG. Unfortunately, this proxy blocks Pandora, which is unacceptable.

Is there a way to tell windows to access www.pandora.com using one proxy, and everything else through another? Everything I've read online says you have to point one proxy server to the other, but I don't have that access. Yet.

Likely not with the way they have it set up. You could do this with two NICs but likely in their setup, no matter how you access their network you're going to have to access their proxy first.

Hmm, actually that could work. Both the proxies I'm talking about going through are theirs. Problem is I'm on a docked laptop so I'd have to get a USB NIC. Worth it for Pandora access? Yea, probably.

You're just doing good old HTTP proxy right? Can't you just use 2 different browsers with different proxy settings and have one access Pandora?

Firefox is able to use its own proxy settings separate from the Windows "Internet Options" proxy settings. So just use Firefox + Chrome (Chrome uses the Windows proxy settings)

That could work too. I haven't used anything other than chrome in a few years, and had forgotten that Firefox runs on it's own.

Looks like this PirateBay browser was built off Firefox. I'll give it a go once it's done downloading.
