Got PS3 CE, 1.0 CE, was thinking of buying some Garlond Goggles code from 1.0

Where in this scenario would I input the codes? Not tried using the Mog Station yet, and I believe the old Square Enix ID Management site doesn't accept codes anymore.

Just wanted to be sure.

EDIT: My game is EU. This code is US. So just wanted to be ultimately sure.
