    Shield Lob - Quest?

    I noticed that I don't have a couple of the Paladin/Gladiator skills (don't really know which one it belongs to).

    I looked up the quests for these, but at the Gladiator's Guild, none of these quests show up. I have GLA @ 50 with my PLD stone equipped. Where do I need to go, or what do I need to do to start this questline to pick up the skills I'm missing?

    That's your problem. You need to be vanilla GLA until the PLD quests.

    You will have to do the gla and pld job quests to unlock certain abilities

    How do I go about unlocked these quests in that case? I've checked google but I can't seem to start any of these quests

    Unequip your PLD job stone. Trying to flag the quests on PLD is impossible.

    If you didn't start the game as a Gladiator, you'll have to talk to the Guild Receptionist and do the whole "So you want to be a gladiator?" thing

    I did. I'm sitting at her right now with a Cobalt Winglet equipped, no stone, Level 50 GLA. She just tells me I can't join because I need to do the Level 10 quest first

    Definitely, you are legacy player, and not picking GLD as starting class.
    What job are you picking before starting this game?
    Go to that job, get to 10 and unlock all access before you can access GLD guild quest.
