Blue Magic Breath and Monster Correlation

Breath spells for BLU are subject to monster correlation. There's an invisible 1 multiplier that gets +0.25 for positive correlation and subtracts 0.25 for negative correlation. Credit to Kyte for bringing this up.

Edit: No idea where convergence lands in the equation since I haven't merited the spell. However, the bonus is outside the DMG + HP parenthesis.

Monster correlation applies to non-breath spells as well. Before any multipliers, the formula is:

(LV+2+(BA(Alpha(WSC%)))*fTP + dINT*TM

fTP gains 0.25 for positive correlations and subtracts 0.25 for negative correlations like breath.
