    Story is hilarious, so much of this goes on but not to this scale. I remember hearing a few years back how some higher up in the NY state government was put on house arrest because he had been skimming money from the agency. His house arrest consisted of him dialing into work every 4hrs for a few minutes and being paid 6 figures still. That'll show them!
