    Unable to reset password

    For whatever reason the password that I normally use for FFXIV isn't working.. Not sure why since I haven't reset it lately. However, when I go to reset it the application asks for DOB and it's not accepting the information I provide. Has anyone else encountered that?

    Been waiting on support chat all fucking day and when I finally got someone they just disconnected without resolving the issue and sent me to the back of the queue.
