It's been about 100 years since I took calc I, what should I look over and relearn before my calc II class starts this semester

Review all your Trigonometry in regards to how all the trigonometric functions relate to each other (ie. sin^2(x) = 1 - cos^2(x) et all) and quick reference to the unit circle will help.
Derivatives, quick refresher on the common ones. Know how graphs will appear to be (Parabolic, S curve, etc)
If integration was covered in calc I, then integration, limits, and a general overview of logarithmic functions. Be prepared to delve into differential equations and systems of equations.
That's all I can think off the top of my head... same boat as you, haven't taken calculus since college nearly 13 years ago.
Echoing all trig stuff. Logarithms and exponentials and their identities. Make sure you are 100% solid on derivatives (specifically chain/product/quotient rules) and limits as some integration topics include limit tricks.
Mainly though just make sure your algebra, trig, and basic derivative knowledge is bulletproof and you'll be fine. You're in the class to learn so you'll get the new stuff by doing the exercises. Hard to learn advanced topics if fundamentals are weak though.
