Totally ready for this. Just no dog fight mode.

While I wish for more gameplay and less screen play footage, I'm hype as fuck

Same demo, different play style
VR Mode
Picked up last night and didn't put it down till 3 am. I usually don't binge on new titles day 1 but honestly this game cuts a fine line being super nostalgic and somehow fresh at the same time.
I haven't played any multiplayer, the campaign has been fun so far. I can't explain the feeling I got.. it's like a reprieve from heavy story open world games being so daunting. Its very.. video game-y. I love it.
2nd half of the video is played with the PSVR.
I’m interested in this... BUT I worked on Ace Combat 6 (which is also the last Ace Combat I played) and that campaign storyline left much to be desired.
If it has a decent story, I’m game to diving back in...

I'm liking this game a lot more than 6/AH, and goddamn it's a lot harder now too (or I'm rusty) which is great.
I hope they actually add AC: Infinity style PVE combat. PvP is kind of a mess lol
Welcome back Ace Combat, we've missed you.
The music is so fucking on point I can't believe it. Story is more or less the usual affair but with a few more callbacks to previous AC titles (of the golden age).
Spoiler: show
Also did I mention the music?
Oh fuck this finally out, can't wait.
But I have to learn how to fly again.
