a red bomb that blows up
someone with a dagger and a shield
and a guy with a polearm
FUCKING SWEET
not really
Town look annoying to explore. I know I will spend 3 hour talking to everyone and will hate myself after for wasting so much time.
I really hope story will be good, because I could just play FFXI if I wanted a similar gameplay.
Not sold on the new combat system, and the new camera shifts look disorienting. Also the sheer number of menus just doesn't look very intuitive. FFTactics was less confusing.
2 more weeks to street date, still not sold on whether or not to pop down 80 bucks for it. Games take about 6 months to drop in price by about 20% in this country.
I don't think I'd mind a totally new FF Online, with no saved characters, if they made it like this. (same races preeze)
Isn't that what it takes to make an EXP PT these days in FFXI?Originally Posted by Kaylia

Hmmm... I had bought a Dragon Quest game or something awhile ago, and it came with a FFXII Demo. I thought that the battle system was pretty good, the battles went by relatively fast. The only thing I didn't like was that the other members of your party would act on their own (although you were still able to tell them what to do, just that if you didn't, they would do what they wanted).
wow that's so weird, it was working a few mins ago, i even pasted the link to IE to see if it's working.Originally Posted by Correction

As long as we're talking about famitsu's stuff, they recently polled their readers on the top 100 console games of all time (at least, according to their readership). Just thought I'd share some of the results. Some stuff is omitted since a lot of the list is games that were either never released in the united states, or that I've just never heard of. I've also translated names of games to their North America release names.

They're also pretty nostalgic it seems, judging from the dominance of very, VERY old games in the top 25.
I miss nights so much T_T
Final Fantasy X is one of the weakest ones IMO too..... 6>7>8>4>10>9>5 , 11 dont counts its hardly FF really at all.
yay @ FFX being 1st ^_^
I <3 that game
Secret of Mana 97?!? What a disgrace.
Yea wtf @ FFX being the top game, FFX sucked. I couldn't wait to be done that game when I played it through.
Compare that to my 5-6 complete plays through FFV and Chrono Trigger...
I liked FFX, sure I don't think it deserved #1 but it was still good. FFXII looks awesome (not from that video though), it has so much potential I wonder how Square (yes, Square, not Enix) pull through with it.
Yay @ Valkyrie Profile, I can't wait for the game to come out on PSP and Similaria to come out soon... (ENIX GOOOO)
As for Wind Waker being #41, what did you expect? It was shit compared to OoT, even though it was a decent game.
GFT. That game was my childhood.Originally Posted by Russta

Wind Waker DID suck, hugely. I didn't even mind the graphical presentation. It was the weak-ass recycled gameplay and the lack of anything interesting from the new bits (treasure charts were such a fkng pain to hunt down).
