Can anyone recommend something that does this? I know there's a built-in function to WinXP to make folders private, but if I'm already logged in it does no good. And also that you can compress a folder and make it password-protected, but that you can't add any more files to it w/o uncompressing it (I think) as the newly added files won't be protected. But what I want is something that will let me password protect a folder (such as my Quicken and other sensitive stuff folders), and even I would need to type the password in to access it, because sometimes friends/roommate use this computer. But, I don't want this to negatively affect the programs that use those folders. Any suggestions...? I know there's tons of them out there, but I'm looking for something that's free.![]()
