Hey, I ran a search on JoL as we finally got Prudence to drop and hit well over a thousand threads. None of the treads on the 1st five pages have JoL in the title, so I gave up looking and posted here.

We have a strat planned out we want to use but after months of farming these trigger I would like to read up a bit more.

Anyone have some links to JoL info handy?

I suggest waiting until Tuesday, then manaburn it with two parties of BLMs.

All you need to know is that the fight is stupidly easy, even with 18, but might take a very long time after the next patch.

MB the pops with a BLM add allaince. (Phuabos etc.)
SMN DMG on JoL and 2 or so of your bst blm.
Take a short nap for 30min to an hour.
Come back and its at 25%.
Afk for 15-30 come back and say "YES!!!!!!!" in LS chat

Pre-patch youll kill it way quicker with Darkness + Ice MB. But I dunno how well that will work out after monday....

I had a lot of success using Fenrir on it. Just a suggestion for your summoners. He hits very well and his Eclipse Bite almost always matches or exceeds the highest amount Nether Blast will do. Good luck!

Have an outside alliance blm pt aga the add. 5blm/1refresh should be enough. Just make sure no one else claim the add or spread them apart

Have 2-3 pld/war spam voke out of melee range. He will spam weak spell.


He alternate between fire/ice weakness, you can tell which one it is by the spell he is casting I think. Use your sam, drk, ws, smn's, mb...anything to kill it.

Hint: If you do the fight on crystal meth it takes roughly 5 minutes (perceived time). If not, I'd take up stamp collecting.
