I wonder if they actually try it all, that would probably take a lot of work, and on the off chance someone actually does put their real info in... it's credit, not cash or a bank account. They don't know the credit limit, and after doing all that work to get that off chance of real information, they will only get a few grand as most credit cards don't have fantastic credit lines. So is it really worth it? Probably not.
