Load up a Colibri with Virelai and zone/logout and the next person to pull it eats the spell.

yeah...I figured people would get the fact that Colibri don't just randomly charm people, but it's already been explained before how to "load up" a Colibri. The trick is to keep it in its spawn radius after loading it up so it doesn't despawn. In this case I loaded it up with virelai, then charm/released it after it unvirelai'd and let it roam around until someone touched it.
