    Shikigami Question

    After server reset, does he spawn 21 hours after server up, or immediately?

    Pretty sure all the 21 hour NM's (YY robe, Resentment Cape, etc.) pop 21 hours after maintenance ends.

    totally read that as Shinigami... too much bleach. And yeah its 21hrs +10minish window

    It spawns, along with half the 70+ summoners on the server, 21 hours after maintenance.
