So, has anyone figured out how the latent is activated - and how to get it yet? Search led me nowhere.

Maybe he meant it led to a thread which didn't state how to get the ring, or how to activate the latent assuming you have it.

That's an unproven divisor theory.

this makes more sense than 'main divisible by sub,' which would be every even level. And god knows SE wouldn't create a new item that useful.

I've yet to see any evidence of this item being found by a player yet, let alone testing of the latent. Until someone posts a SS of it, I'd assume that it's not implemented yet.
