12/15 RMT Holiday?

I don't know if this happened on any other servers, but on Caitsith yesterday we had basically zero RMTs from when I did my search in the evening until about 6AM this morning. Sky was free to the handful of shells that noticed so we made an impromptu sky run and bagged our first uncontested Ulli in about a year, as well as just about every other pop NM. Unfortunately, the little holiday ended right around the time King Arthro's window opened, and sky is infested with rank 6 Taru BLMs again. Happen on any other server? Was it a consequence of the login difficulties people were having earlier in the day, or do these guys just think that by taking a day off they'll appear less suspicious to the task force?

Happened on asura, we thought it was them getting banned after a GM was called when they used the claim hack (where they just make a mob turn from purple to red) , but it just ends up they were on rice strike or something

Is there really a hack that does this? The other night in BD some jps were fighting behemoth (was like a 6am camp, 4 jps claimed), when suddenly the gilsellers voked it and the nin that was fighting it for the jps just disengaged. It looked really weird when it happened.

I was just about to mention that behemoth. I'm sure the GS somehow took it from the jp group. Remember I tried to form alliance with the gs's but picked the wrong leader (JP's group that had it stolen leader got invited)? I felt sorry for them. They were standing around as if they were trying to figure out what was going on.

Was my LS, we had claim on zipacna. we were only ones in the middle room and it popped on us. was red to us the whole time, our rng caught up to us *i was on blm, claimed with stun* and he shadowbound it, and we had war and a sam voke it to make sure it was clearly ours. RMT pld came up and flashed/voked it like it was white (it never went white) and it immedately turned purple and we got the *target is claimed* shit on us, the shit was retarded.

Last year, RMT were completely absent for about 2-3 weeks, making god pops, O kote, sea grotto, 3 kings, and the like--the easiest camps they've ever been.

It was because of the Chinese new year. Supposedly they all get on trains and ship out to Beijing. Last year it happened around late Jan. (New year was on Jan 24th.) This year, Chinese new year will be in February, at least that's what wikipedia is telling me. So, they're probably not on holiday-- A hell of a lot of them were banned.

I've been leveling BST through korroloka, qufim, and all I've seen is new accounts that rmt are leveling (12 elvaans/humes on a single worm) in these zones. It's sort of sad, low leveling is sort of dead from 1-25.

So, yea. SE put the ban stick on them, but that don't stop the chinese. Nothing stops the chinese.

Nope. Just the other day I was fighting Sozu Rogberry with two buddies and a RMT paladin ran up and was able to provoke it out of the blue. It was already below 50% at this point so yeah I'd say we had pretty good hate on it. We called a GM of course but got the usual scripted "sounds like a glitch, so you'll have to call technical support during business hours okbye" line.

Meh. At this rate so many people will quit in frustration that there won't be a market for gil anymore and the 30-40 people still playing will have a great time enjoying RMT-free servers!

Nope, not on Titan. HolyBaby and the other group with no pearl were all camped out at Ulli. I swear, they don't even fuck with the other triggers. They just own the shit outta Ulli every time he pops. They have pretty much 100% chokehold on sky on Titan. That screen of yellow Ulli makes me cry.
