Does it work on Aht Urghan Area?

How about other "outside nation controlled area" CP item outside of conquest area?

Normally any item subject to conquest (inside/outside nation control, etc), as the conditions for them to work is having signet and being in the area it says to be (controlled or not controlled) does not work in areas that do not participate in conquest (Lumoria, Aht Urgan)..is funny since I have seen plds try to use resentment cape vs JoL and it does not work since Lumoria is not subject to conquest.

Cape does actually work in Lumoria. Just need to have signet on. However, does not work in Aht'Urgan.

I have doubts about it, since from what I remember, Lumoria is not subject to conquest, so if its not, cape would not work, then again, I can be wrong on that part, definately know it does not work in Aht Urgan.

I can say with 100% certainty, that it does work in Lumoria. I've used it on JoL around 8 times myself. (possibly more, lost count; we have 6 novios and 7 novias to date)

Signet items work in sea, and not in ToAU. Resentment cape is a signet item.

In order to work in Sea/Dynamis/Limbus it has to be an 'outside of nations control', as the Resentment Cape is.

The FFXI wiki explains both the Outside/Inside requirements and list of corresponding items.

never saw diorama as long as I've been in sea /sea region just shows garden, palace and al'taieu. Either that or no one has been in diorama.. lol.

lol, yea seriously since the day I got sea I tested out to see if Master Caster's Bracelets work there and thank god they did . Resentment cape is a little harder to test, but still, surprised this isn't common knowledge by now.

Master Casters work in sea for me all the time, so im sure resentment does, long as u have signet on. I have yet to get Masters casters to work in ToAU though. God i wish =/
