THF/BLU and headbutt

I did a search and looked through a couple threads but I could not find any conclusive info about this. I was wondering if THF/BLU would be able to stun Kirin. I hear ppl say the SA headbutt is 100% but I keep thinking it's potency has something with blu magic skill too. Can anyone verify that this works or doesnt work. Thx ^^

Head butt Stun proc is a function of BLU magic skill now. Initially, it always landed. This is no longer the case.

I have a pet theory that magical accuracy influences this as well. Hard to test with current BLU gear available.

Thx Tonko. I doubt with a BLU sub that I will be able to stun Kirin if its based on skill guess I will have to wait for my LS mate to get BLU to 75 to do this
