    Help me rip some CD's BG

    Ok... So I'm looking to rip a few cds but I usually do shitty low quality rips... Well now I want to do good high quality rips... Whats the best format and whats the best program to go about doing this?

    I use LAME at 192 vbr. Fags claim they can hear quality higher than 192, I simply lol at them.
